We have three holiday cottages, each with one bedroom.
They are located in the heart of the Scottish Borders, Scotland.Each has a south-facing conservatory, ideal for an October break.

At Burnbrae, guests find tranquility, comfort, space and a refreshing absence of problems. The site is surrounded by agricultural land but is no longer a working farm. Our time and other resources are devoted to ensuring that you have an idyllic experience in the Scottish Borders. We live on the site and are pleased to help guests with information and other assistance
