Terms for booking places in textile art workshops.

1. In order to reserve a place more than 4 weeks before the workshop, a deposit of £20 must be received by us for each place. Cheques should be payable to Burnbrae Holidays.
2. The balance must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to the workshop. If the workshop begins 4 weeks or less from the date you request a reservation, please send the full payment.
3. Bookings made by telephone or by e-mail will become firm, provided that the amount due is received within 5 days, otherwise the provisional booking will be cancelled.
4. We also need the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address( if any) of the person who will be attending, the date and title of the workshop(s) to be booked and information on any special dietary requirements for the lunches we provide during the workshops.
5. We will send confirmation of the booking and a requirements list for each workshop booked. If you do not receive these, the booking is not confirmed and you should contact us.
6. A cancellation by you for any reason must be notified to us in writing and acknowledged by us. We will try to re-let your place. If we are not successful, we reserve the right to retain the £20 deposit.
7. If you cancel a booking within 4 weeks of the workshop, we will not make any refund, unless we re-let your place, in which case, we will return all monies paid, less a £10 administration fee. Failure to attend will result in the full fee being forfeit. By booking a place on a workshop, you acknowledge that you have a responsibility to pay the full fee at least 4 weeks before the date of the workshop and that you accept these terms.
8. If we have to cancel a workshop for any reason, all monies paid will be returned in full.
